Terms of use
Effective 2026-09-14 · Applies to YTMP3 at opinie-turystyczne.pl.
In a nutshell: the converter is free, it arrives with no promises attached, and the judgement about whether you are entitled to download something is yours to make. Save your own uploads, openly licensed work and anything you have permission to copy. Do not use it to take other people's copyright material.
1.Accepting these terms
By opening opinie-turystyczne.pl or handing a link to the converter, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree with it, the remedy is simply not to use the site. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean whoever operates opinie-turystyczne.pl and publishes the tool under the name YTMP3; "you" means anyone who visits the site or uses the converter.
2.What the service actually is
YTMP3 is a web page. You give it the address of one YouTube video and it returns a file to your browser: an MP4 with the video and its audio, or an MP3 holding only the audio. It costs nothing, needs no account, and installs nothing on your device. The work happens on our relay and an upstream encoding service; the finished file travels from that service to your browser. We do not host videos and we keep no library of them.
3.What you are entitled to download
Use the converter only for material you have the right to reproduce. That covers, for example:
- videos you uploaded to YouTube yourself;
- work published under Creative Commons or a comparable licence, used within that licence's conditions;
- recordings that are in the public domain;
- anything whose rights holder has given you permission to download;
- material you are entitled to copy under a legal exception that applies where you are.
Whether a particular download is lawful turns on the content and on your jurisdiction, and no tool can settle that question for you. By using the converter you confirm that you have settled it yourself.
4.What is not allowed
You must not use the service to:
- copy or redistribute copyright material without the rights holder's permission;
- get around access controls, paywalls or regional restrictions;
- send bulk or automated requests to the site or to its relay, or build another service on top of it;
- interfere with how the site runs, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to reach infrastructure behind it;
- break the law where you are, or YouTube's own terms of service.
5.Copyright complaints
We act on notices from rights holders. If you own rights in a video and want it refused by the converter, follow the procedure on the DMCA page. A valid notice results in the video's identifier being added to a block list at the relay, after which conversion requests for that video, in either format, are refused.
6.Availability and changes
The service is offered "as it is" and "as available". We make no promise that it will be running at any particular moment, that any given video will convert, that a conversion will complete within any particular time, or that the output will reach a particular quality. Conversions can fail for reasons entirely outside our control: a change on YouTube's side, a regional restriction, an overloaded upstream service. Features may be altered or withdrawn without notice, and access may be suspended — for everyone, or for a particular video — at any time.
7.Limits on our liability
As far as the law permits, we accept no liability for loss or damage that arises from your use of the service, or from your inability to use it. That includes lost data, lost profit, and claims brought against you by third parties over something you downloaded. Where liability cannot be excluded outright, it is capped at the amount you have paid us to use the service, which is zero. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
8.Your responsibility to us
You agree to hold us harmless against any claim, cost or demand that arises from your breach of these terms, or from material you obtained through the service in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
9.Privacy
What happens to the links you paste and the technical details of your requests is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10.Other sites
This site links to YouTube and depends on hosting, proxying and encoding providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
11.If one of these terms fails
Should any provision here turn out to be unenforceable, that provision is treated as removed and the rest of these terms continue in force unchanged.
12.Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is established, leaving aside its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes fall to the courts of that country — except where the law of your own country of residence gives you protections that cannot be given up.
